Bulgur kviečių salotos

Įžangą apie šias salotas norėčiau pradėti nuo keleto praktiškų ir laiką tausojančių patarimų, kurie tikrai palengvins Jūsų gyvenimą.

Pirmiausia, pasigaminkite šių salotų truputį daugiau, nes jos puikiai išsilaiko šaldytuve per naktį.  Nereikės galvos sukti ką įsidėti pietums į darbą kitai dienai.

Antrasis patarimas būtų – išsikepkite daugiau moliūgų. Kepti moliūgai puikiai išsilaiko šaldytuve bent tris dienas.  Galėsite išsivirti moliūgų sriubos http://www.rainbowontheplate.com/receptai/sriubos/trinta-sviestiniu-moliugu-sriuba/.  Sriubos recepte moliūgus kepiau kokosų aliejuje, bet puikiausiai jį galima keisti ir alyvų aliejumi.

Ir trečiasis patarimas, kuris apibendrina pirmus du, PLANUOKITE. Kad ir kaip mėgtume gaminti, ko gero nė viena nenorime praleisti visos dienos virtuvėje. Todėl planuojant savaitės ar kelių dienų valgiaraštį  ”vienu šūviu galime nušauti du zuikius,, …

Aš dažnai iškepu daugiau nei reikia saldžių bulvių ar pastarnokų, kuriuos tiekiu vakarienei kaip karštą patiekalą su vištiena ar žuvimi ir garuose virtomis daržovėmis. Tačiau sekančios dienos pietums man per daug sukti galvos nereikia: pasigaminu salotų su batatais ir pastarnokais, dar keptas kiaušinis ir mano pietūs paruošti per 10 minučių.  Keptos daržovės labai skanu ir šaltos su sauja šviežių salotų lapų.

Šios salotos yra universalios. Jas galima tiekti ir šiltas, ir šaltas. Moliūgą galite keisti keptomis ar virtomis morkomis. Aš naudojau sherry vyno actą, tačiau jį galite keisti raudono vyno actu ar citrinos sultimis.

 

4 porcijoms reikės:

 

  • 120 g bulgur kviečių kruopų
  • 1 nedidelio raudono svogūno, smulkiai supjaustyto
  • 1/2 raudonos paprikos, supjaustytos smulkiais kubeliais
  • 50 g džiovintų abrikosų, smulkiai supjaustytų
  • 150 g keptų orkaitėje moliūgų, supjaustytų kubeliais
  • 3 šaukštų granatų sėklų
  • 1 šaukšto smulkintų petražolių
  • 1 šaukšto smulkintų svogūnų laiškų
  • 4 šaukštų alyvų aliejaus (1 šaukštas moliūgams kepti ir 3 šaukštai salotoms)
  • 3 šaukštų sherry vyno acto
  • 1/2 šaukštelio maltos paprikos
  • 1/2 šaukštelio malto kumino
  • druskos pagal skonį

 

Į 180 C įkaitintą orkaitę dedame nedideliais kubeliais supjaustytą ir alyvų aliejumi apšlakstytą moliūgą ir kepame apie 30 minučių arba kol iškeps.

Išverdame bulgur kruopas, nusunkiame vandenį (jeigu reikia) ir paliekame atvėsti.

Dedame į dubenį keptus moliūgus, virtas kruopas ir visus likusius ingredientus.

Apšlakstome aliejumi, sherry actu, paskaniname druska ir viską gerai išmaišome.

Tiekiame su žuvimi, mėsa arba valgome tiesiog vienas.
